ASHLEY MCFARLAND | CO-LEAD
Ashley McFarland is a proud Cincinnati native and dedicated public servant. A graduate of Hampton University and The Ohio State University Moritz College of Law, she has built her career on advancing equity and excellence in public service. An attorney by trade, Ashley currently leads an office within the central administration of a major school system, where she applies her legal and leadership expertise to drive meaningful impact in education.

NATHAN TUGGLE | CO-LEAD
Nathan Tuggle is a seasoned marketing executive with a proven track record in driving growth and innovation across various industries, including food and beverage, home improvement, and consumer goods. Currently serving as the Vice President of Corporate Marketing at UNFI, Nathan excels in brand management, digital strategy, and cross-functional team leadership.

CHRIS BARR | FUNDS MANAGEMENT
Chris Barr (B.S., Electrical Engineering, '06; M.S., Systems Engineering, Cornell, '09; MBA, Johns Hopkins, '23) is a Senior Manager at Lockheed Martin, leading 300+ engineers. A past president of the Baltimore alumni chapter and current Orlando member, he is married with one daughter. In his free time, Chris enjoys staying active by exercising and running outside, participating in 5K races.

CANDACÉ JACKSON | SOCIAL MEDIA
Candacé has worked as a consultant across the private, nonprofit, higher education, and government sectors, focusing on a wide range of issues including victims’ compensation, anti-money laundering, human trafficking, civil rights, FOIA, government contracts, and fraud. Her academic career includes serving as an Assistant Professor at Hampton University, The Graduate School USA, and Delaware State University, and as the Director of Employer Relations and Outreach at GW Law. She is currently the CEO of Amanirenas Advisory LLC.

MARSHA WEDDERBURN | LOGISTICS
Marsha Wedderburn is the President of the Long Island Chapter of the NHAA, Inc. and an accomplished educator with eighteen years of experience in New York City Public Schools. A 2006 Hampton University graduate with a B.S. in Management, she also holds a Master’s in Urban Education from Mercy College and Certificates in Educational Leadership and the Science of Reading. Marsha began her career as a special education teacher in the Bronx and now serves as an intervention teacher at a CTE high school. A proud member of Sigma Gamma Rho and Phi Delta Kappa, she leads with service and purpose.
